This day’s festivities will begin with the traditional Pancake Breakfast and as usual, many of our local community groups will be offering a wide variety of sumptuous treats for sale throughout the day. This is a big fundraiser for these groups, so be sure to come out and support them.
This is the 11th Annual Fresh Ayr Festival, and what better way to celebrate than with our theme: “Small Town, Big Spirit!”
This year we are trying a new layout to the Festival, with better flow and 3 smaller stages for a more intimate entertainment experience. We have a great line up of entertainers performing throughout the park. The Funky Mama’s, winners of the prestigious “Parent’s Choice Award” will entertain the child in all of us.
Once again we are featuring “Fill the Ayr with Music”, performances organized and performed by our teens for our teens – a great showcase of exceptional leadership and talent!!! And our course we are pleased to host the 6th annual Ayr Idol Contest. Singers ages 12-18 start practicing!!

Check our the Youth Art Contest tent for the winners and a huge display of fabulous art created by our local kids. J.A.Z. (the “Junior Ayr Zone”) is hosting a Teddy B’Ayr Picnic and the Junior Builder program brought to you by Jeff and his fabulous staff at Ayr Home Hardware! There are lots of other games and fun too!

The festival runs from 8:30 till 5pm and as always ADMISSION and PARKING are FREE!!!
